We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something is not right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
Contact us at hello@craft.com with your order number. We will provide a return label and instructions.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Bespoke or custom orders cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a confirmation email.
